How do I know which size to order?

What is the difference between Stage 1, 2, and 3?
Stage 1 garments are worn immediately post-surgery — they provide the highest compression to reduce swelling and support healing tissue. Stage 2 garments offer moderate compression for continued recovery as swelling subsides (typically weeks 3–6). Stage 3 garments are lighter compression for long-term shaping and maintenance. Your surgeon will advise you on the right stage for your recovery timeline.
How long should I wear my garment each day?
For the first 2–4 weeks post-surgery, most surgeons recommend wearing your Stage 1 garment 23–24 hours a day, removing it only to shower. As you progress through your recovery, your surgeon may reduce this to daytime-only wear. Always follow the specific guidance of your treating physician, as protocols vary by procedure.
When can I switch from Stage 1 to Stage 2?
Most patients transition from Stage 1 to Stage 2 around weeks 3–4, once initial swelling has significantly reduced and wounds have closed. However, this varies based on the procedure and individual healing. Your surgeon will assess your progress and confirm when it's safe to transition. Never switch stages without your surgeon's approval.

We offer a 30-day return policy on unworn, unopened garments in their original packaging. Due to hygiene regulations, worn garments cannot be returned unless they are defective.
